3.2 Each individual may hold only one registered account on sabet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 You warrant that all information you provide to sabet during registration and KYC is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
3.5 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sabet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. sabet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. 3.6 sabet reserves the right to request re-verification of your identity at any time, including following changes to your personal circumstances or as part of routine compliance reviews.
4.1 sabet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Deposits from payment methods registered to third parties are prohibited. sabet reserves the right to void any winnings generated from funds deposited via a third-party payment method and to return the deposit amount to the original source where feasible.
4.3 sabet does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party transaction fees applied by your bank or payment provider are outside sabet's control and remain your responsibility.
4.4 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods registered in your own legal name and verified during KYC. sabet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.5 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated in sabet's current payment terms, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds and completion of all applicable KYC and AML checks.
4.6 sabet operates in compliance with the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Transactions meeting or exceeding the covered transaction threshold are reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by Philippine law. sabet may request documentation of the source of funds for large deposits or withdrawal requests as part of its AML compliance obligations.
5.1 sabet offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer, which specify the applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, time limits, and maximum withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
5.2 By claiming a bonus on sabet, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the specific terms of that promotion. Where a conflict exists between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms will prevail in relation to that specific offer.
5.3 sabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally necessary. Players who have already opted in to an affected promotion prior to any change will be notified of how their existing participation is handled.
6.1 Each game available on sabet is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game's information panel. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules will prevail for matters specific to that game.
6.2 All casino games on sabet — including but not limited to slots, RNG table games, and bingo — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems on sabet are subject to independent technical auditing to ensure compliance with fairness standards.
6.3 Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers operating from licensed studio facilities. Game outcomes in live dealer formats are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under studio supervision and are not subject to software-determined outcomes.
6.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or software error that affects the integrity of a game outcome, sabet reserves the right to declare the affected game round void and return all wagers placed in that round to the relevant player balances. sabet is not liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
6.5 Sports betting markets on sabet are settled in accordance with the applicable sport's governing body's official results and sabet's sports betting rules, which are published in the sportsbook section of the platform. sabet reserves the right to void markets, suspend betting, or amend odds where integrity concerns or obvious pricing errors are identified.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sabet and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account and void any associated balances and winnings upon identification of prohibited conduct, without prior notice:
8.1 sabet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
8.2 Players who wish to exclude themselves from sabet may activate a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and permanent exclusion through the responsible gaming section of their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission. During a self-exclusion period, sabet will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform.
8.3 Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Players who have permanently self-excluded from sabet may not apply to reopen their account. Any attempt to register a new account while under self-exclusion constitutes a breach of these Terms.

8.6 sabet reserves the right to impose additional responsible gaming measures on any account where patterns of play suggest the player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including proactively reaching out to the player or placing temporary account restrictions, in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements.
9.1 sabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where sabet reasonably believes that:
9.2 Where an account is suspended or closed due to confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including real-money balances — may be forfeited by sabet in whole or in part to offset losses, costs, or harm caused by the prohibited conduct.
9.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their sabet account in good standing may do so by contacting sabet's customer support team. Upon verified request, sabet will process the closure and return any real-money balance to the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.
9.4 sabet is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or expense suffered by a player as a result of account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sabet's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the use of the Platform, or any game or service offered through the Platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player into their sabet account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 sabet shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings, even if sabet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 sabet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary service interruptions for which sabet bears no liability beyond returning any affected wager stakes to the player's account balance.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes sabet's liability for death or personal injury caused by sabet's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 All content on the sabet platform — including but not limited to the sabet brand name, logo, interface design, written content, graphics, software, game assets licensed from third-party providers, and all other materials — is the property of sabet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the sabet platform.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of sabet's intellectual property — including scraping of game data, reproduction of the Platform interface, or use of the sabet brand in connection with unauthorised services — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

All other disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.4 Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
